How does it work?
Scan & Pin software solution uses the DigitalPersona UareU 4500 fingerprint scanner to scan fingerprints. This fingerprint scan is converted into a digital template (fingerprints are never stored) and uploaded to a database along with his or her personal information.
Each time that user tries to access his or her details via fingerprint recognition, the template held in the database is checked against the scanned image to assess a match. If a match is acknowledged the users details are returned to where needed.
